Our story

Built in Montreal for governed narrative intelligence

NeuralNarrativeAI was founded on a simple conviction: generative AI should serve structured storytelling, not replace editorial judgment. We build the infrastructure layer that makes machine-assisted narratives reliable, traceable, and scalable.

Timeline

How we got here

2019 — Research origins

Founders begin collaborating with McGill computational linguistics researchers on structured narrative generation from scientific datasets. Early prototypes focus on research brief synthesis, not marketing copy.

2021 — Beat library framework

First version of the beat library system published internally. Eight libraries covering documentary, technical communication, and product narrative genres. Pilot deployments with two Montreal SaaS companies.

Phase three — Platform incorporation

NeuralNarrativeAI Inc. incorporated in Quebec. Team expands to twelve narrative architects, engineers, and governance specialists. Template catalogue reaches 180 modules. Office established at McGill College Avenue.

Phase four — Enterprise deployments

First enterprise narrative pipelines deployed to production for healthcare communication and financial reporting clients. Governance and validation modules added to platform. PIPEDA compliance framework formalised.

Phase five — Programme launch

NNA-101 through NNA-601 training programmes launched. Beat library count reaches eighteen. Template catalogue exceeds 240 modules. Team grows to twenty-four across Montreal and remote Canadian locations.

2026 — Narrative N1 release

Platform generation N1 ships with improved orchestration, expanded model support, and Canadian data residency options. Fifty-two enterprise deployments active across Canada and North America.

What we are — and what we are not

NeuralNarrativeAI is an applied AI narrative intelligence platform. We design, orchestrate, govern, sequence, validate, and deploy LLM-powered storytelling systems for organisations that need structured, repeatable narrative generation from their own data.

We are not a marketing agency, web studio, or IT outsourcing firm.

We do not create advertising campaigns, manage social media accounts, build websites, or provide general software development services. We do not promise viral content, guaranteed engagement, or specific business outcomes. Our work focuses exclusively on narrative infrastructure — the systems, templates, beat libraries, and governance frameworks that enable your team to generate governed stories at scale.

Our Montreal team combines expertise in computational linguistics, machine learning engineering, editorial strategy, and privacy law. We serve product teams, research organisations, healthcare communicators, documentary producers, and enterprise knowledge groups across Canada and North America. Every engagement is grounded in your source data and editorial standards — because narrative quality starts with human judgment, not model parameters.

If your organisation needs a partner to build governed narrative pipelines — not another vendor promising magic copy — we would welcome a conversation.
