You may request correction of inaccurate personal information by contacting [email protected]. We will amend records as appropriate and, where necessary, disclose corrections to third parties who received the inaccurate information.

10. Challenging Compliance
You may challenge our compliance with PIPEDA by contacting our Privacy Officer at [email protected]. We will investigate all complaints and respond within a reasonable timeframe. 11. Quebec-Specific Provisions
As a Quebec-incorporated organisation, we comply with Law 25 (modernised Quebec privacy legislation). Additional rights for Quebec residents include the right to data portability, the right to de-indexation in certain circumstances, and enhanced requirements for consent when collecting sensitive personal information. Our Privacy Impact Assessments for platform features involving personal information are available to enterprise clients upon request.
12. AI and Automated Processing
NeuralNarrativeAI operates an applied AI narrative platform that processes data using large language models. When we process personal information through AI systems on behalf of clients, we act as a data processor under contractual terms defined in service agreements. We do not use client personal information to train general-purpose models without explicit consent. Generated narrative content may contain inaccuracies and is subject to human review requirements outlined in our Terms of Service.
13. International Transfers
While we primarily host on Canadian and North American infrastructure, some service providers may process data in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside Canada, we ensure comparable protection through contractual safeguards, data processing agreements, and provider assessments. Enterprise clients may specify Canadian-only data residency requirements.

Our services are directed at business and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under sixteen years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
